28 years of bliss despite foiled plans
We celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary over here in England on 22 June. Our original plan was to go to Chamonix for a long weekend and do some hikes in the French Alps. Plans sometimes get foiled so one must be prepared and adjust. There is so much for us to discover here in England with out leaving the island, no passport needed. Remember how upset I was over this hideous cake? It did taste good though! Remember how I was upset that there was alter of the church was decorated with scaffolding? Didn't seem to bother us! So off we went to discover the seven sisters walk along the cliffs of Eastbourne I didn't plan on this lady being in my photo, but at least she seems to be smiling!
